Stephen Brent Clark

Stephen Brent Clark practices primary care optometry, including routine exams for glasses and contact lenses, detection of ocular conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration, treatment of red, irritated eyes, and eyelid conditions, foreign body removal, etc. He is a 2003 graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. He worked as a mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry for 10 years before going to Optometry school. Brent and his wife have two daughters. He enjoys interacting with patients and sharing helpful information about eye health and vision.

Jack B. Vontillius O.D.

Jack B. Vontillius graduated from Optometry school at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL, in 2003, after serving 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as a pharmacy technician.


He enjoys the ability to help people see better, so they can function better and enjoy life. Jack believes that being able to diagnose and treat various diseases of the eye is gratifying. He also enjoys being active in his church and helping out in the community. In addition to traveling and attending car shows and cruise-ins, he finds joy in his two rescue cats. Jack is originally from South Florida.

Dr. Holbrook

Dr. Holbrook graduated from Georgia Southwestern College with a BA in Biology. She attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, where she received her degree in Optometry. She practiced in Atlanta, GA, before moving to Lookout Mtn, GA, in 2001 to pursue hang gliding. She lives on Lookout Mtn with her husband and their 9 rescue animals. Dr. Holbrook volunteers at her local animal shelter, fostering and rescuing cats and dogs. She has volunteered with wildlife rehab organizations for over 20 years. When she is not at work, you will find her playing outside and she enjoys mountain biking, road biking, kayaking, and hiking.
